Non-recurring closing costs for a refinance range from $3,200 to approximately $3,400 (depending on your loan amount). Non-recurring closing costs for a purchase vary widely. For your assurance, we would be happy to provide you with an accurate, detailed and guaranteed Good Faith Estimate of your closing costs for your transaction.  Please be sure to ask me what the difference between "recurring" and "non-recurring" closing costs are. Once you know, you will not be surprised at the close of escrow.

If for any reason you are not able to open or print this document, we will be happy to forward the application to you by email, fax or mail. Upon your review, please fill out the application.  As an option for you convenience, we will fill out the application for you based upon the supporting documentation you provide.
